Hey guys! When do the abilities on Site cards activate? Is it when they are played to the site pile? When they are added into battle? Or when a lost soul is placed into one?
More specifically, the card "Patmos" from RoJ has me confused.
It reads "If you play this site, you may search deck or discard pile for a Disciple or a Revelation Angel."
What counts as "playing" the site? Could this card's search ability trigger every time I bring it into battle with me, like a hero? Or only once when it leaves my hand for the first time?
I would assume the latter.

Rainbow sites trigger when they are added to battle, other sites trigger right when you play them from your hand to territory.

other sites trigger right when you play them from your hand to territory.
Or trigger only when a certain game condition occurs, such as being attacked (such as Babylon/The Harlot or Fortress of Antonia).
