Lyconia (site)- If opponent does not have a clay missionary in battle at the start of a rescue attempt at this Site, you may draw 1 or reveal opponent's hand.
I have Lyconia in territory with a Lost Soul occupying it. My opponent has no clay heroes. Opponent starts a RA with a random hero that does not have site access.
Is Lyconias' SA considered met to draw 1 or reveal opponent's hand?

No because the soul in the site is not rescuable so you don’t get the benefit of the draw or reveal.

Correct, site access would. But in your question you said your opponent did not have site access. So in that case, and since your opponent isn’t rescuing with a clay hero, the benefit of the site doesn’t trigger.

Correct -- in order for Lycaonia to trigger, the opponent must have access to the Lost Soul without having a clay missionary in battle.

You could always put it in the Reserve if you have a free slot for it.
