So reviewing spoilers on the new set: RDT posted a deck with Balaam in it. I decided to look him up and see what "nationality" he was and can't find anything. The only thing I have found so far was him being a non-Israelite. Does he have any "nationality" for Redemption purposes (note: he doesn't on his identifiers).
