If I have a Babylonian that says I can do something if another Babylonian is in play and my opponent has Babylon played as a site is that considered a Babylonian in play?

I don't think so but it does have Babylonian in the identifier.

Sites can be Babylonian, but "another Babylonian" implies character (or same card type).

Implied is not exact. That answer seems to me more opinion than fact. No offense to RedemptionAggie. But in the identifier it has it as a Babylonian. And it is in play. N my evil character says no specifics about it, it just says if another Babylonian is it play it’s evil enhancements CBN.

To me in my opinion you should be able to use her identifier as such and my EC’s ability should work.
Can I request a second on one side or the other please.

What about cards like Drawn Sword that just say "A Babylonian"?

The identifiers says Babylonian I do not believe that the identifier works until she becomes an evil character.

Her identifier says "Begins as a site. Human, Babylonian."

A site can't be a human either. There's a period In-between begins as a site and human, Babylonian.

Marcus is correct. The term "Babylonian" is defined in the ORDIR. (Incidentally so is the term "Babylonian Site").
