A Couple Redirect Questions

Just want to make sure I understand these before they start seeing play again.

Does the redirected enhancement still stay in battle on the side it was played? I remember hearing it explained as "pick it up and play it on the other side of the battle" but how accurate is that?
The reason I ask is actually because of Blame Shifting. At first shifting blame to my own Cain sitting in territory seems like a great idea, but if they can just discard the enhancement I redirected then it doesn't seem like such a great plan.

Relatedly, is a redirected ability still considered "used by opponent"? If I redirect Word but have the only demon in play, can I get it back with CoP?

Interaction question: Say, for example, my opponent plays Swift Horses (interrupt d3 play next), and his play doesn't end the battle and gives me initiative. Since Gib Treaty says "an" enhancement, what happens if I choose to redirect SH? IIRC the play ability is inherently cbi, so his played enhancement stays, but do I get to draw? Do I get to play?

How does it interact with "if used by"? Does the redirected enhancement still consider itself to be played on its original character or on the character that played the redirect? If the latter, would something that requires being used by a certain person/identifier fizzle when redirected?

It stays in battle on the side it was played. Moving it to the other side of battle is useful for adding up the numbers, but it's not exactly correct.

Quote from: REG>Glossary>Used an Ability
A player is considered to have used an ability when that ability is completed on a card they control. To be considered used, the ability must complete, meaning it cannot be prevented or affected by an instead modifier.

If an ability is interrupted and redirected, it's still used by the original player.

Interaction question: Say, for example, my opponent plays Swift Horses (interrupt d3 play next), and his play doesn't end the battle and gives me initiative. You get to draw and play.

Edit - I'm stupid. You have to be able to interrupt the ability to redirect it. Since you can't interrupt the play, you only get to draw, but the opponent has to put the cards they drew back.

Quote from: REG>Redirect>How to Play
Redirecting an ability does not change which player played the card it is on or the character that used it, but does change which player carries out the effect.

It's still played on the original character.
