I just downloaded the new RTS with Di... but there's no Daniel promo.. is there a patch/update i can go grab?

None of the new promos will be released for download on RTS until they release in real life.

It's not currently on the Tournament Host application, and I don't know if any tournaments with it have been held.

Rob told me I could only add them to RTS after they've been release at a tournament in real life.
