Gibeonite Delegates

RoA GD says “May band to Gibeonite Delegates.”  How many of these can you have in a 50 card deck? It doesn’t say X copies of Gibeonite Delegates per 50 cards (I know this is an older card so that wording won’t be there).

Just one...the band ability is more for T2 purposes--there's always a chance we print a future version of Delegates with different artwork, which would allow you to use both (similar to the generic Pharisees cards).

I figured it was one based upon the normal deck building rules but that wording made it sound like there could be more.
