Negate Play Abilties

Hi All,

On cards like Daniel and Goliath "Negate Play abilities" are cards covered under pg. 56 in the REG Play (Play as an enhancement)?  I want to make sure I have been playing those two cards correctly with what they negate.

No version of Daniel negates play abilities. Maybe you’re thinking of RoA Samuel. At any rate, what NPA means is an ability on cards like Dream, Words of Encouragement, Blood of the Lamb (all of which say “you may play the next enhancement”); or play abilities on forts like The Throne of David, Goliath and Samuel prevent that portion of the ability so the opponent and/or players cannot play an enh off of that play ability unless the play ability is CBP or CBN, or if an ability makes the ability CBN (like purple Thomas with Reach of Desperation).

Overcome satan by the blood of the Lamb, your testimony, and don't love your life to the death!

Or if the play ability has already taken place. Play abilities cannot be interrupted.
