Those are triggered abilities that activate while the card is in play. So I would say no since they’ve been shuffled and are no longer in play.

Something I really like about this card is that you can play it on your opponents turn to negate protect abilities..

I'm way in to how functional as good or evil a lot of the new cards can work including R&D to setup rescues over multiple turns

I’d have to look up cherubim but I know RBD is mandatory, I’m pretty sure it works until the end of the phase.

Ongoing mandatory abilities would last to the end of the phase in which ANB is played, even after the cards leave play.
