He's saying that he doens't want to waste a stamp and envelope for just a common for a common. He'd like you to add more cards, and him to add more cards to make it worth your while.

Oh don't worry, the trade is completely fair. But the stamp is worth more than the card, so he'd like for you to post some cards you have, and some cards that you need. That way you can make a bigger trade that is worth more than a stamp.

As I said Robert.... No one will make that trade. Stamps cost about 32 centsish which means a 10 cent card isn't worth it. What you need to do is make a bigger trade and add that to it.
