G/H Errors & Playtest Cards(?)

I picked up a cheap G/H starter deck on eBay recently and was taken aback by this! Has anyone ever seen a card like this before? Does anyone know if it's a misprint or an error, and what the value might be?

Whaaa, that's pretty sweet, maybe someone printed the cards lol!  I'd be interested in trading for it, idk the worth.

Yes it looks like that! Except it's got a completely normal back and the rest of the deck was completely normal as well!

Ok guys now I'm going crazy! I just looked through the decks again and have found this!

John (H) with no stats
James, son of Zebedee with no stats
Others pictured below

I've heard of those error cards before (and am stoked I got them!) But the next is the weirdest of all! Pharaoh (H) with a SA! that says "Evil capture abilities cannot be negated."  :o

The purple no stats G/H errors are well known...the AotL looks like an error or misprint too (more rare perhaps as I've never heard of it before), but it's the Pharaoh with the SA that stumps me  :dunno:

If I was a betting man... I would bet that starter is comprised of one of the original test sheets. Some of those original sheets might have accidentally chopped up and made into starters.

Before Rob and the Elders approve the final version of a set they are sent test sheets to make sure everything is kosher with the printing.

If it was a test sheet that would explain the wrong font on Angel of the Lord and the wrong ability on Pharaoh.

I have all 7 numberless purple cards from the H deck, but I don't have Pharaoh nor Angel of the Lord. (I got mine from Soul Seeker and I think he got them from Ken.)

Jesse, do you have the numberless Cast Out Demons?
