IMO = In My Opinion. It's not a Redemption acronym, just a general Internet term. You'll also see IMHO = In My Humble Opinion.

TPTB (or TPtB): The powers that be, in general the elders.

Usage: "I had a kewl combo but TPtB issued an errata."

There's also FTR, which stands for For the Record.

Example,

FTR, TPtB arent always trying to rain on MJBs parade. It just seems that way sometimes.

FTR, TPtB always try to FTFY, but IMHO they sometimes make things OP, like Thad and AUtO.
