New group starting in the West Ky area (need thoughts)

Okay guys, I am going to be getting things together to hopefully start up an official group in the west Ky area.  Let me know any ideas that you may have used that were helpful in your start ups.  As for me, I am in the process of getting 2 sets of EC through FoM (hopefully).  Already have one of each at this point.  I have a ton of the older cards so I don't need any of those, thus I am just wanting to purchase the sets disciples thru FoM for my group.  Since, those will be the ones I need the most of.  With that being said if anyone has any advice for a start up let me know!   Not any adults (right now) just mainly kids/teens, so that is the age bracket at this point for our up coming group.

Still needing one of each set at this point for my second set series.

Prayer. And the San Antonio playgroup will be praying for you.

Also, make sure you know the rules! Haha, I have been demoing the past two weeks, and I have really been having to turn the REG to make sure I understand everything (negate cascade, special initiative, etc.)

Knowing the rules is great, but also don't feel pressure to get everything right every time. Especially if you are "on your own" in terms of teaching the game. If you're not certain of something, bring it to the forum and people are happy to answer questions. Also doesn't hurt to use the "search" function on the ruling section as many times the questions have been previously asked.

Have you checked the REG?
Have you looked it up in ORCID?
