in my deck i have the strong angel(all special abilities on non-warrior class charector and non-weapon class enhancments are negated)
and army of the lord (interupt wall of protection. band all warrior class hero into battle.can't be negated if used by captain of the host.)

my question is does army of the lord's special ability still work,cause of the non-wapon class enhancment are negated thing on the strong angel

The Strong Angel would negate Army of the Lord since it is not weapon-class.

ok so that won't work but what if i were to use army of the lord with a different silver birgade hero

I'm not sure if this is what you are asking, but if you can manage a band (i.e. with Gathering of Angels) to the Strong Angel with Captain of the Host or Michael, then you could negate your opponents' non-weapon-class enhancements while still being able to use Army of the Lord.

You could also RA with CotH or Michael, then play Army of the Lord to band in The Strong Angel.
