Gold Shield is an Evil Gray Weapon Class enhancement that "converts any Hero" to any Good Brigade. I'm assuming that is meant to cause problems later as your opponent won't have matching enhancements?
I could use it to switch my own Heroes though too?

Hi Charlie,

We aren't really interested in playing in any tournaments, just play among ourselves at church and down at the teen center. But, I need to specific what cards they can use. So, for the sake of deck building, we are only using the L/UL, Prophets, WotB, Warriors and C & D. I am also working in some reprints found in the Kings set as well, so long as the playability matches. So, yes, I am looking for old scroll cards.

I have updated my Soul Surfer article with the refined version of my Soul Surfer deck build that I just won the Lackey Grand Prix #14 with. A video of the Top Cut Final with AgurTheWise is included in the article with commentary by AgurTheWise and BaboonyTim. It is quite different from the version I shared in December 2023. A slightly earlier version of this deck build (preserved in the change log) also won the RobM Zoom Series 16 back near the end of January.

This is the deck build I had been planning to run at Nationals as I feel it is my best deck build but then on Tuesday when the Guardian of Your Souls (Nats promo) was spoiled I realized that might be ill advised since it counters the whole offense for the most part. However, in the past couple days I realized how to modify Soul Surfer to allow it to work through Guardian of Your Souls (promo) and as a bonus I have included that deck list in addition to the list that just won the LGP #14. A Matthew based offense is still a viable offense I believe when constructed a certain way even when Guardian of Your Souls (promo) becomes tournament legal. I also highly recommend that players look into VRBO and AirBnB as alternatives to hotels.

FOOD:
There are a variety of Fast Food restaurants within a 2 minute drive of the church and a Family Fare Grocery store within walking distance of the church. The goal is to secure a food truck to park at the church on Friday-Saturday potentially as well but this is still in process. There is no meal plan at the church given the lack of lodging at the venue.

TRANSPORTATION
Can be arranged from lodging and the airport. Coordinate transportation with myself at least two weeks prior to Nationals so that itineraries for our shuttle system can be arranged. My desire is to take these difficulties with lodging and food and try to minimize the difficulties that it can cause as much as humanly possible.
