Free Church Lodging:
Separate rooms will be provided for male and female church crashers. PM Travis if you are lodging at the church as a family. Bring you own sleeping bag or blow-up bed. Lodging at the church begins Wednesday night (01 Aug) and officially ends Saturday at 5pm. However, if you need a place to crash Saturday night, please let us know in advance so we can properly accommodate you in the church clubroom, a home, or make you join other players who are staying at their hotels for Saturday night.
Tents:
The church pastor more than welcomes players who want to pitch tents on the church grounds. Note, however, that you will be dealing with Texas summer. Players can also camp out at Spring Creek Park (https://www.hcp4.net/Community/Parks/SpringCreek) (you must contact the park directly to inform them of your plan). You will be shut in the park from 10pm-6am for park security reasons.
RVs/Campers:
Contact Travis for specifics if you plan to park at the church. However, you can also avail of the amazing RV amenities at Spring Creek Park (https://www.hcp4.net/Community/Parks/SpringCreek). Free parking and hookup but you need to book way in advance. Free shower facility right across the RV parking grounds. You will be shut in the park from 10pm-6am for park security reasons.

SHOWERING/HYGIENE:
Showering and proper hygiene are a daily requirement for all participants for obvious reasons.
For church crashers and campers, there is a free public shower facility CONVENIENTLY located at Spring Creek Park right across from the church. Please make every effort to plan a shower sked. We will also have 1 shower tent in the ladies and gents bathroom for convenient and ready use.

Phone/Gadget Charging POOL:
We request all who have USB charging devices with multi-ports as well as other types of charging stations + power strips, to share theirs. We are planning to set up a charging central pool (cooperative). Simply leave your contraptions plugged in at the charging central each morning when you arrive at the tourney (for the whole day) and bring back 'home' with you. We truly appreciate your effort.
Leisure Gaming Options:
Board games of every sort abound, thanks to the generosity of players who bring theirs to play with other Redemption family members. Let us know if you wish us to announce your after-event gaming sessions. If you are bringing video games and need TV sets, you must let us know in advance so that you will know if we have enough units for you. All video games will be set up in a separate room. Once again, we suggest you take home your units after each tourney day. Thanks for sharing.
