Atlanta is good for Rob, since it is nice a close.  It won't cost a place ticket for him and his family.  Plus, it gives the south a chance that they have not had for many years (since New Orleans, right?).

MN is also nice, since it is usually a huge turnout, and it has been a few years since it has been in the midwest.  I don't know how much longer Wild Bill will be hosting tournaments up there, since Nathan is GRADUATING this year.  (ZOIKS!! How time flies!)  So, it might be a nice last hurrah for them, and then move it down to the south next year.

Either of those places has my vote.  I don't know if anyone else has even expressed interest in hosting it this year.

Nathan actually is graduating next year (2012) not this year. I know that because he is the same age as my sister, who is graduating next year as well (yikes).

I have heard from an extremely reliable source that MN will have Nats. I asked my source this morning "Will MN get Nats?" And this was the response I got:

So yeah, I'd say it's a lock.

Hurrah!!!!

Ah, thanks for the correction about Nathan's grade.  I guess that doesn't make a MN nats quite so urgent (for Wild Bill's sake, anyway).  I'm still perfectly happy either way.  Just no east or west coast nats this year.  :)

I'm graduating this year. We need nats, as it'll probably be my last one for awhile. A long while.

I saw MN because it's nice, friendly, hopefully won't be so cold around Nats and is very hospitable. And if we are voting for somewhere in MN then I vote North Heights Lutheran Church because it offers nice things like showers. I love those. Plus you might find leftovers from Wild Bill's T2 only tourney in February!

For the record, I was hoping to get Southeast Regionals in Orlando this year and make a push for Nats next year. Until my wife has this baby, tournaments are scarce 'round these parts. If Nats is going to be in the Southeast this year, it will have to be in GA.

Frankly, I think MN Nats is more logical.

Someones never heard of southern hospitality ;)

I would be fine seeing Natz in MN this year, but would want it to be held in the southeast in 2012 if that was the case. Orlando would be fine with me, but seems like a long journey for those from the north. I know we would love to have a Natz in Knoxville, TN seeing as we have the accomidations and a centralized location, but I could see it being in Atlanta also. I believe a southeast Natz would help revitalize our redemption community down here.

My college criteria is a bit more than a playgroup, haha. Although I plan on going to a college in the cities, and will be going to Arden Hills when I have the time.

This I know.  But there's something to be said about our Rochester.

Or, you could start one there.

There's already a playgroup in Rochester, MN? and in the cities? I guess I could get some people at the college hooked on it, haha.

So whose would you have it at?  ;)

I'll cast a vote for Georgia also.  It's about a 7-8 hour drive from Virginia, but doable.
