Blessings all.
Years ago, I was blessed to own and display at cons and tourneys a few 24x36in posters from Cactus that depicted exciting scenes and characters that included spiritual warfare etc. and the designs were amazing. If Cactus were to resurrect poster sales, will everyone show overwhelming support by buying them?
Below is the only vague semblance I have left of a couple of posters I displayed at a gaming con at least 10 years ago. They are the ones posted on the pillar right beside my vertical banner.

I potentially would for business, tournament and promotion purposes. But it would depend on the quality, cost and design.

Yeah, i have been wanting something like this to help promote here. Using some of the modern art from cards would be epic!!

Maybe this would be interesting for us here in Germany too when trying to setup our community and holding tournaments.
But maybe it would also be interesting to buy the digital artwork so that we could print posters via some local online services here.

Isn't the Cactus warehouse still overflowing with those Flaming Sword posters they printed in 1995? :P I remember back in the day they had so many they couldn't even give them away.

The ones we get sent with tournament stuff?

Those are the ones I was referring to

Those are really plain and don't even have website links. I wouldn't consider buying them for promotional purposes

Agreed

Those make excellent wall paper. Host enough tournaments and you can do an entire room!

I wish Cactus would bring back the posters. At one time there was 8 to choose from...mostly from the archangels 9 volume comic set and the 3 volume set. Wish they had continued those comics too.

YES!

I must say I loved the archangel posters! Back in the day I printed up my own "Sword of the Spirit" poster. Personally, I found posters are more problems then they are worth.
1. The shipping cost. You have to ship them separate from most orders and that adds $.80 - $1.50 just for the shipping tube. Then you are looking at $4.00 at least to send it via USPS.
2. Players would rather spend ALL their money on cards they need. So, the cards sold and the posters just sat there.
3. They are hard to manage, especially the 36" ones. They are printed paper that, when stacked, is very heavy and slippery. They are hard to store to keep them undamaged and even harder to move around.
I am not trying to be stop anyone from doing this. I just know that I tried it and it wasn't worth the investment.

I agree with all of gray0013's points about those types of posters. Personally, I would like to see a few official promotional poster designs made that are modern in nature and available for anybody to print out and use.
