The standard operating procedure seems to be that a lot of people get excited about the IDEA of user-contributed efforts but almost no one engages in them.See also: the Nexus, Holder's Heroes, the Facebook page, various attempts at photo galleries, tournament calendars, online tournaments, at least three attempts at a wiki, a small handful of newfangled sites and - potentially - Redemption Live.

Except on the internet.
In that case, you should make more people admins. Like Save Que.

I know for a fact a lot of it has to do with problems that run to the core of the, well, core. If the people at the top can't be bothered to give us a rules document in years and years, why should we bother with the other stuff?
Smokey... The meta is better than that... TGT is better than di if played right... the rules are easy if you ask me.(finer points come into play far less than it seems0

I'm rather glad I didn't face your deck. It seemed terrifying. If we ran 1 hour rounds, you probably would have won.
I think it falls under the category of "maybe someone else will do it." There are three types of people that are required for such a community driven thing: Core, Enthusiasts, and Consumers. Core people work all hours to make it the best it can. On the forums, Schaef and RayZen (our admins) are the core people. Enthusiasts are inspired by the core people, and help around, doing what they can. Our moderation team here would be at the enthusiast level. They don't do as much/contribute as much as the core team, but they're much more plentiful, and essential to survival. Finally, consumers. They benefit the most from the effort, and will contribute, but not to the level of enthusiast. We lack the top two levels, especially enthusiasts. Without the extra effort given by enthusiasts, the core people give up, and move on to the next thing.
With RC!, I'd say you're core.
Thank you Josiah for initiating a Redemption® Twitter account! Godbless!
