They seem pretty lame as fighters maybe we should challenge them to a dance off or a redemption game

Define "easy,"
there's no program that's as easy as card creator, but Gimp/Paint.Net/Photoshop aren't hard per say, they're just time consuming.

If you PM me your ideas, I can quickly create high quality card images for you using my custom photoshop template.

If you can include the images you'd like to use (higher resolution is better), that'd help as well.
