He was part of the Gallifreyan Supreme Council, but I'm not sure if that's royal or political. He's probably married some queen or princess anyway, or was granted royalty some other way.

I can't figure out how to get my cards to show up when I past them. I saved them On the "my pictures" file on my computer, if it helps IO have a "TOSHIBA".

I can't get my cards on this thread, I saved them in "My pictures" and I attempted to copy and paste them on to a post, it didn't work.

You need to paste a URL to the thread, either by copying the "Sharing Link" on the page and putting it in [ img ] [ /img ] (no space) bars, or saving the file, uploading it to a Photobucket or something, and then posting it here (with the [ img ] [ /img ] ).

Instead of doing this ,[ img ] [ /img ] (no space) bars, you can just highlight the URL and click on the pic of the mona lisa.
