It is a bit strong with the extra card draw and the prevent, but it's cool. Priests need the buff anyways.

I definitely like the draw aspect coupled with reference related brigades. The prevent I'm meh about. Maybe something like protect priests in your territory and lost souls from opponents' abilities (except dominants). (Indirectly boosting Saducees ;D) I kind of think that the evil high priests should be able to benefit from it, at least to some extent but that's my opinion. They were still high priests. Nice job.
