I find it ironic that more spoilers have been given in this thread than everything combined before it (I believe), but the original questions weren't answered.

Iron Pan: Prophecy about the siege of the Northern Kingdom, of which the capital at that time was Samaria (Ezekiel 4)

Tower of Thebez: About the invasion of Shechem/Thebez, which guess what, were in Samaria (Judges 9).

Covenant with Death - Isaiah 28- in the KJV, guess what. SAMARIA.

Methinks that the new civ is Samarians...

Iron Pan - (some weird color) - Set aside a hero for (some amount of turns). While set aside, negate protect and draw abilities on opponents' cards.

...that's all it would need to do to hurt disciples pretty bad.

I'm not saying it's in the civilization as it pertains to the set. I'm saying that it was related to Samaria: I was just pointing out a pattern.

And honestly, Iron Pan HAS to mess with forts or sites. Read the passage:

"Moreover take thou unto thee an iron pan, and set it for a wall of iron between thee and the city: and set thy face against it, and it shall be besieged, and thou shalt lay siege against it. This shall be a sign to the house of Israel."
