I'd probably go Warriors to Apostles, maybe Angel Wars. I'd consider Kings for more strategy, even though it's "more recent (barely).

Kings was before AW.

I suppose it depends on what you call "old school". Personally, I'd call anything pre-tins "old", but TxP came out a decade ago, so take that how you will.
