I remember a LONG time ago, there was such a thing and it relied on Saul/Paul heavily. I don't remember much about the rest of it though.

I know John Early won Nats with a heroless deck that ran Faithful Servant. The primary defensive combo is more difficult to pull off now, but it was a beast to behold.

Watchful Servant, not Faithful, but yes. That deck isn't a true "Heroless" but rather "Herolite* as it ran additional heroes beyond Watchful for set-up purposes
